Google Business Profile
Categories, services, hours, photos, posts and Q&A — every field that is publicly observable, marked present or missing, with the private fields we cannot see named as such.
Local visibility report + free 1-hour call · law firms
Your firm was named — or it wasn’t. Within 24–48 hours you get a complete Local Visibility Report across eight areas of local and AI search, showing exactly where you go missing, which firms get the answer instead of you, and the fixes in the order that will actually bring in cases.
Included with every report — a free 1-hour implementation call
The report is not the end of it. Once it lands we book you a free hour with a real person, who walks you through one improvement live — the top item on your list, done with you while you watch. This is the part a faceless audit tool cannot give you, and it costs you nothing extra.
$749 flat. One full report, delivered inside 24–48 hours, plus a free 1-hour implementation call. No subscription, no retainer — and the call is help, not a sales pitch.
An illustrative summary of the report format, not a client result. See the example report page — the complete fictional example report.
Free mini-check
Your firm's name, your city, your e-mail. We run ONE live check on Google for your own name in your city and show you exactly what came back — including the honest answer “no clear gap” when that is what the data says.
One live query, dated
Not a score and not a guess: the local results Google returns for “<firm> <city>”, with your position and the businesses above you when there is a gap.
“No clear gap” is a real answer
If the data does not back a concrete gap, we say so instead of inventing one. That is good news, and it is not a sales line.
One check per connection per hour
Every check runs a real, paid Google query, so it is limited. At the limit we say so — we never show a made-up result.
What you actually get
01
Categories, services, hours, photos, posts and Q&A — every field that is publicly observable, marked present or missing, with the private fields we cannot see named as such.
02
Every money query run from inside your service area: your position in the local 3-pack, your position on Google page one, and whether your profile is eligible to appear at all.
03
The prompts clients now type instead of searching — “best injury lawyer in (your city)”, “is (your firm) any good” — and whether you are named, and who is named instead.
04
Count, rating, star distribution and recency on every profile you run, measured side by side against each competitor holding your map pack.
05
Where your firm is listed across the legal directories, whether duplicates exist, and any name/address/phone mismatch we can actually observe.
06
Titles, H1s, location and practice-area page coverage, schema markup, mobile speed and the local facts your pages publish.
07
The memberships, awards and press mentions we can observe from public sources — and the honest note that a true backlink graph needs a tool we do not run.
08
The firms winning your queries and the mechanics behind it: review volume and velocity, categories, hours, profile activity, page depth.
Then
Every improvement point carries the problem, why it matters, the expected impact, the difficulty, a realistic time estimate, the DIY steps to do it, and how to verify the fix worked. Ordered by priority: eligibility fixes first, then impact per hour of effort, then free-and-fast, with review velocity early because it compounds.
The report also states plainly what it could not see — private profile fields, speed tests that returned an error, listings that block crawlers. A diagnosis that hides its blind spots is worth less than one that names them.
Plus
A real person takes one hour with you on a screen share and does one fix from your report with you, live — so you finish the call with the highest-priority item already out of the way instead of a document you mean to get to.
How it arrives: a shareable report plus a PDF, and a booking link for the call, within 24–48 hours of your details and payment.
One flat price, one report, one hour with a person
No subscription, no retainer, no monthly fee hiding behind the report — and no upsell at the end of the call.
The deliverable
Every report we send follows the same thirteen sections: verdict first, then the checks, then who is beating you and why, then the fixes in priority order. The example published here is a fictional business, labelled as fictional on the page itself — we do not put a real business on this page without its permission.
Every ranking, competitor, review count and AI answer in a report is returned by the search and AI APIs on a stated date and is traceable to a saved raw file. A report is a diagnosis, not a client result and not a guarantee. Your report is built the same way, on your business.
Inside every report
The part that isn’t a download
Your report arrives with a booking link. You pick a slot that suits you; no chasing, no “let’s get on a call to discuss” — the call is already yours, free, and included in the price you paid.
We take the top item on your action plan — a profile category, your Saturday hours, the city in your homepage title — and walk through it together on a screen share, step by step, until it is actually done. You leave with a change live, not a to-do.
The hour is about your visibility, and you are not asked to buy anything on it. If you want a fresh report later, that is a new order at the price on this page — your call, then, not now.
Filter first
How it works
Your firm’s name, your main practice area, and the city or towns you draw clients from — the form beside the price below asks exactly that, in about two minutes. No account to create, no access to your website or Google profile needed.
10-ish Google searches and map checks from inside your service area, 6–7 prompts across the AI assistants and Google AI Overviews, then a field-by-field read of your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your directories, your site and the firms showing up instead of you. Every result is saved as raw output with its date and location.
All eight areas plus the prioritised action plan, as a web report and a PDF, with every claim validated against the saved raw output before it goes out. You can start on the top item the same afternoon.
Your report arrives with a booking link. On the call we do the highest-priority fix with you, live, and you leave with it done and the rest of the list clear in your head.
Price
This price covers the report and the call, and nothing else: no setup fee, no subscription hiding behind it, and no upsell at the end of the hour. When the price changes, it changes here first.

What happens after you pay
New to us? The example report page is the complete fictional example: it shows what a report contains, end to end.
Straight answer
We have not delivered a paid report to anyone yet. That means there is nothing to quote, no client logos to borrow, no ratings to display and no results to point at. This page is the first step of the business, and every report we do deliver will be listed here with the customer’s permission and their real numbers — not before.
What we can show you is the actual report format, the actual price and the actual process. Judge those. We publish no report on a business that has not agreed to it.
Deliberately absent from this page
See the example report page for what a report contains, and the FAQ for the process — nothing borrowed, nothing invented.
Phase 2 — planned, not built
Questions worth asking
Eight areas: your Google Business Profile (categories, services, hours, photos, posts, Q&A); the Google map pack and page-one organic rankings for around ten money queries; the AI assistants and Google AI Overviews, asked the way clients ask; your reviews against each firm holding your pack; your directory listings and citations; website technicals (titles, location pages, schema, mobile speed); the local authority signals we can observe; and a teardown of the competitors who keep beating you.
Then the part you act on: a prioritised, step-by-step action plan. Every point carries the problem, why it matters, the expected impact, the difficulty, a realistic time estimate, how to do it yourself, and how to verify the fix worked. All of it is ordered by priority, not by section.
A real person — the founder of FoundFirst today — takes one hour with you on a screen share after your report lands. We take the highest-priority item on your list and do it with you, live: adding the missing category on your Google profile, fixing your Saturday hours, putting the city in your homepage title. You finish the hour with a change actually made, not a to-do.
It is included in the $749 and booked with a link that arrives with your report — you never have to chase us for it. It is help, not a sales call: you are not asked to buy anything on the hour.
Your firm’s name, your practice area, and the city or towns you draw clients from — the intake form takes about two minutes. You do not need to give us access to anything, install anything, or sit on a call to get the report.
Delivery is 24–48 hours from the later of your payment clearing and your details arriving. The free 1-hour call is booked after that, at a time you choose.
If your setup makes the checks impossible — no Google Business Profile, a service area so wide that “near me” means nothing, or a website that does not exist — we tell you before you pay, not after.
SEO audits usually mean a 60-page crawl of your website, most of which says “add more content” and “improve page speed”. This is narrower and more specific: it is about whether you appear in the places local customers actually decide from — the Google map pack, page one for the handful of searches that bring calls, and the AI answers that now sit above both.
That means we spend most of our time on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your practice-area pages and your competitors’ mechanics, and much less time crawling your site. On-site items appear only when they are the reason you are missing — for example a homepage title that never mentions the town you serve.
By asking them the way a client would, and writing down the answer. We put a fixed set of prompts to the assistants through their APIs with web search enabled — “best personal injury lawyer in (your city)”, “who should I call after a car accident tonight”, “is (your firm) any good” — and record whether you are named, where in the answer, which firms or directories were named instead, and the sources the answer leaned on. Google AI Overviews are captured separately from the same searches.
We are honest about the limits: AI answers change between runs, and they can vary by account, device and location. So the report shows the exact wording, the model and the date of every prompt. You get a dated snapshot with visible evidence, not a stable “AI ranking” that does not exist.
A production pipeline, not a person typing an opinion: an SEO data API for the Google results and the Google Business Profile data, an AI provider’s web-grounded API for the assistant answers, and our own crawl for your website, directories and reviews. Every result is saved as raw output as it runs.
Before anything is delivered, an automated quality check validates each claim in the report against that saved raw output — including the sections that say what we could not see.
Start at the top of the action plan — and do the first one on your free call with us. Most owners then work through the “this week” list themselves in an afternoon or two, and hand the rest to the person who built their website. If you have nobody, the report tells you what to ask for, in plain English, so you can brief a freelancer without paying someone to figure out what is wrong first.
Then the report tells you that, shows you which searches you own and which you are losing, and concentrates on the gaps — usually the AI answers, the specific emergency and case-type searches, and the neighbouring towns you are not visible in.
A firm that already ranks can still be invisible where clients are increasingly asking instead of searching. If we find that you are genuinely visible everywhere that matters for your practice, we will say so plainly in the first line of the report.
No — and be careful with anyone who does. Rankings depend on Google’s systems, your competitors and things outside anyone’s control. What we guarantee is the work: the checks are run the way the report says they were run, on your business, on the date stated, every claim is validated against the saved raw output, and every fix is tied to a specific finding rather than generic advice. And if the action plan itself is not concrete and step-by-step, our guarantee covers that: tell us within 14 days and we fix it or refund you.
That is why the price is one-off and fixed: you are buying a diagnosis with an evidence trail and an hour of help, not a promise about the future.
It is the whole price for one full report on one firm plus the free 1-hour implementation call, paid once. There is no subscription, no minimum term, no “report plus mandatory onboarding”, and we do not ask for a percentage of anything. The only thing we could charge you for later is a fresh report, if you want one — that would be a new order at whatever the price is on this page at the time, and you would decide that then, not now.
The same answers, plus the ones about paying, delivery and privacy, live on one page: every question we can answer.
Something these do not cover? Ask us — a person reads those, and the answer comes back by e-mail if you leave an address.
