Questions

Every question we can answer, answered once

FoundFirst runs without a person in the middle of every message, so the answers have to be the same every time and none of them may be invented. Everything below comes from something already published on this site — the offer, the delivery promise, the terms and the privacy policy — and each answer names the file it was derived from. Where we have not decided something, we say so rather than guess.

This page also exists in Dutch.

The questions owners ask

What exactly is in the report?

Eight areas: your Google Business Profile (categories, services, hours, photos, posts and Q&A); the Google map pack and page-one organic rankings for around ten of the searches that bring firms like yours work; the AI assistants and Google AI Overviews, asked the way clients ask them; your reviews next to those of every firm in your map pack; your directory listings and citations; website technicals (titles, location pages, schema, mobile speed); the local authority signals we can observe; and a teardown of the competitors who keep beating you. Then the part you act on: a prioritised, step-by-step action plan. Every point carries the problem, why it matters, the expected impact, the difficulty, a realistic time estimate, how to do it yourself and how to check that the fix worked. It is ordered by priority, not by chapter.

What does it cost, and is that really everything?

$749 once, for one full report on one firm plus the free 1-hour implementation call. No subscription, no retainer, no minimum term, no setup fee, and no upsell at the end of the hour. The first 5 firms pay $499 instead, in exchange for a short testimonial; after those five the price is $749. If you ever want a second report later, that is simply a new order at the price shown on the site on that day.

What is the founding-client price, and what is expected of me?

The first 5 firms in this market get the full package — report plus the free 1-hour call — for $499 instead of $749, in exchange for a short testimonial or case study. It is a real, bounded offer: the limit is the redemption cap on the discount code in our payment system, not a countdown on a page. You are never obliged to say anything you do not believe, and if you would rather not be quoted at all, tell us and we will still do the work — we would just rather be honest about which of the two you are getting.

Is this a subscription? What happens after the call?

No. Phase 1 is a one-time report plus one free hour; nothing renews and nothing is charged again without you ordering it. After the call the work is yours to carry on with, and we send a short follow-up. A monthly service (Phase 2) — where a system of agents does the work and re-measures it every month — is planned but not built: there is no date and no price for it, and nothing on this site sells it today.

How long does it take?

Delivery is within 24–48 hours of the later of two moments: your payment clearing and your details arriving. The free 1-hour call is booked after the report lands, at a time you choose. If your setup makes the checks impossible — no Google Business Profile, a service area so wide that "near me" means nothing, or no website at all — we tell you before you pay, not after.

What do you need from me?

Your firm's name, your practice area or branch, and the city or towns you draw clients from — the intake form takes about two minutes. That is all. You do not give us access to anything, you do not install anything, and you do not sit on a call to get the report.

How does the whole thing work, step by step?

One: the free mini-check on the home page, if you want a single real finding before deciding anything. Two: you order and pay once through Stripe's secure checkout page. Three: the intake form — two minutes of details. Four: the report is researched from dated search and AI data, quality-checked against the saved raw results, and delivered within 24–48 hours. Five: you book the free 1-hour call from the link that comes with the report. Six: after the call you get a short follow-up. No Phase 1 step needs a subscription, a retainer or a phone call to a salesperson.

What is the free 1-hour call, and who runs it?

A real person — the founder of FoundFirst today — takes an hour with you on a screen share after the report lands, in English. We take the highest-priority item on your list and do it with you, live: adding the missing category on your Google profile, fixing your Saturday hours, putting the city in your homepage title. You finish the hour with a change actually made, not a to-do list. It is help, not a sales call: you are not asked to buy anything during the hour.

How do I book the call, and where does it take place?

The booking link arrives with your report — you never have to chase us for it. You pick a slot yourself; the call is 60 minutes and takes place online, on a video link. There is a Dutch-language call and an English-language call, so you get it in the language you ordered in.

How do I pay, and do you see my card details?

You pay once, through Stripe, on Stripe's own secure payment page. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles the payment and tells us only that it succeeded. Which payment methods appear on that page is decided by Stripe for your country and currency, and it is shown there before you confirm.

Do you guarantee I will rank higher or get more clients?

No, and no honest supplier of this can. Nobody controls Google's ranking or an AI assistant's answer, and a promise about positions, visits, enquiries or revenue would be a promise we could not keep. What we do commit to is the work itself: the checks are run against real, dated search and AI results for your city, the report says what was actually observed, every point says how to verify it, and the terms list exactly what is not guaranteed.

How is the report actually produced? Is a human writing it?

No human writes it. The research runs as a fixed set of checks — a search-data API for the map pack, the organic results and Google's AI Overview, and an AI assistant asked the questions your clients ask — and the report is assembled from exactly those dated results. Before anything is delivered, every claim is checked against the saved raw answers behind it. The only human part of this service is the hour of implementation help.

Do I have to give you access to my Google account or website?

No. Everything we check is publicly visible: your Google Business Profile as anyone sees it, the search results and AI answers for your city, your reviews, your listings and your public website. No account access, no logins, no code on your site, no install.

Who is this for — and who is it not for?

It is built for small consumer-facing law firms that get work from people searching locally — personal injury, family, criminal defence, estate planning and similar practices in one city or metro area. It is not for a firm with no Google Business Profile, no website and no local search intent, and it is not for someone who wants rankings bought rather than earned. If your situation is the second kind, we say so instead of taking the order.

Can I see an example before I pay?

Yes — the full report format is published as a sample on this site, in both languages: English (/sample-report, a fictional US law firm) and Dutch (/nl/voorbeeld, a fictional estate agency). Both are clearly marked as fictional examples, they are about businesses that have not ordered or paid for anything, and they do not pretend to be client results.

What language is the report in?

English — the report, the e-mails and the call are all in English for this market.

Can I order another report later, and is it cheaper or dearer then?

Yes, whenever you want one — it is simply a new order at the price shown on the site on the day you order. Nothing renews automatically and there is no standing arrangement to cancel. If the price changes, it changes on the site first and never applies backwards to something you already paid for.

Is there anything free I can try first?

Yes — the free mini-check on the home page runs one real check on your business and shows you one finding, dated and tied to the exact search it came from. It costs nothing and no card is involved. It is one finding, not the eight-area report.

What if the report is wrong or not what was described?

Tell us. If something in the report contradicts what is stated on this site or in the report itself, we want to hear it within 14 days: we put it right or refund it, and we explain our reasoning either way.

Separately, there is our action-plan guarantee: if the report does not contain a concrete, actionable, step-by-step plan for the improvement points it found, tell us within 14 days which point is missing the steps — we get the first chance to fix it within 2 business days, and if we cannot, we refund you in full. That guarantee is about the plan we write, never about results: no rankings, leads or revenue are promised.

How do I reach you?

By e-mail, or through the question form on this page. There is no phone number and no office to visit — FoundFirst is a small operation and the report service is remote. Support is answered in English for this market.

What do you do with the details I give you?

We use them to produce your report and answer your question — nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a mailing list because you ordered or asked something. The privacy policy says exactly what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

What is your refund and cancellation policy for a paid report?

Our guarantee: if the report we deliver does not contain a concrete, actionable, step-by-step plan for the improvement points it found, you get your money back.

How to claim it: within 14 days of delivery, tell us which improvement point is missing clear step-by-step instructions. We get the first chance to fix it within 2 business days. If we cannot, we refund you in full.

What it does not cover: this guarantee is about the quality of the plan we write — not about results. We make no promise about rankings, leads, or revenue, and the guarantee does not depend on how well you carry out the steps. Those outcomes are outside our control and are excluded.

Cancellation and our mistakes: cancel before we have started and you get a full refund. If we are late or make errors in the report, we fix them; if we cannot, we refund you.

What is the difference between the full package and the report on its own?

The full package is $749: the report plus the free 1-hour implementation call, where a real person walks the report through with you and does one improvement with you, live. The report on its own is $349: the same 8-area report, delivered the same way within 24–48 hours, without that hour. The report-only rung is not advertised on the site — ask for it and we will offer it. Nothing else differs: no subscription on either rung, and no pitch at the end of the hour.

What exactly do you guarantee?

Can I move the call to another time?

Yes. Tell us and we move it, and moving a call costs nothing. The booking confirmation Cal.com e-mails you also carries its own link to reschedule, so you can pick a new slot yourself without waiting for us. Your hour is not lost by moving it.

Nothing on this page is a promise about results. There is no promise of a ranking, a number of enquiries or a revenue figure anywhere in it, and no deadline that is not real — the action-plan guarantee, what is promised and what is explicitly not, is written out in the terms of service.

Some questions genuinely have no answer yet, because the owner has not decided them — the price of a second hour of help is the one that is left. It is deliberately absent here instead of filled in with something plausible. Ask about it and you will get an honest “that is not settled yet”, which is more useful than a promise we would have to break. The refund policy is decided and answered above: the action-plan guarantee, and no promise about results.

Not answered here? Ask, and a person answers

One question at a time. The question is logged either way; leave an e-mail address and we answer that one question by e-mail. There is no automated reply, and no response time we can promise — so if it is urgent, say so in the question.

Ask a question

Something the answers above do not cover? Put it here. This is not an order and nothing is charged — it is the way to ask a question.

A person reads these and answers them by e-mail if you leave an address. There is no automated reply and no response time we can promise — if your question is urgent, say so in the question itself.

Please be specific enough that we can answer without guessing. Up to 2000 characters.

Leave it blank and the question is still logged and read — you just will not get an answer back.

Unticked by default, and it is bundled with nothing else — no newsletter, no follow-up sequence, no list. It applies only to an answer to this question.

How we handle what you send: see the privacy policy.

This form is not the report and does not touch the checkout. Nothing here is a purchase, and no answer we give is a promise of rankings or clients — see the terms page for what we guarantee (the action plan we write) and what we do not (results).
